Deliveries

New Zealand Orders

When you place your order you will receive an email confirming delivery order details.

Delivery details must be to a street address as we do not courier to P O Boxes. All deliveries to P O Boxes will be via NZ Post.

We accept no responsibility for misplaced parcels if you provide an incorrect street address.

A courier is used for all town and city addresses and New Zealand post for rural deliveries. We process your order within two to three working days (excludes the weekend and public holidays) of the payment clearing. Please allow three to six working days for your order to arrive.

Courier Tracking

To minimise loss and damage to your products, all deliveries are tracked by the courier company. Courier companies will require your signature on receiving your products. Deliveries with NZ Post do not require signatures.

International Orders

When you place your order you will receive an email confirming delivery order details. Delivery details must be to a street address or a post office box.

We accept no responsibility for non-delivery if you provide an incorrect street address.

All deliveries to Australia are sent via International Air using NZ post, please allow 3-10 working days. All international orders to other destinations are also sent via New Zealand post using International Air. WE DO NOT CURRENTLY OFFER DELIVERIES BY COURIER FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. Please allow 6 to 12 working days.

Note: Delays due to customs clearance or internal service in the destination country are not accounted for. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by the authorities in your country. These duties, taxes or charges are payable by the receiver. Deliveries to rural areas may take longer.

 

Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please return the product to Everest Coffee Company Limited within 10 days of receipt in the original packaging, and we will refund you the purchase price of the product. Freight charges will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error or flaw in the item. A refund will not be provided under the following circumstances:
(a) If you have damaged the goods including transit damage caused by poor packaging when returning goods.
(b) If the items purchased were clearance or sale items.

To return:

If you are returning the product, please return the goods in the original packaging with a detailed explanation why you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Remember to include the invoice/packing slip with the goods.
